Terms and Conditions – SHOP E WALLET TECHNO GROUP (BBPS B2B Services)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering with and using Shop2Pe (“Platform”) for Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS) services, you (“Business User/Partner/Agent”) agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, including all policies, guidelines, and applicable laws.

Shop2Pe reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Role of Shop2Pe in BBPS

• Shop2Pe functions solely as a BBPS-enabled intermediary/payment facilitator under NPCI guidelines.
• Shop2Pe does not own, control, or claim rights over any services/products provided by billers, merchants, or aggregators.
• Shop2Pe’s role is restricted to providing technology and payment infrastructure to enable B2B partners to carry out bill payment transactions.

3. Business User Responsibilities

• The Business User shall:
  • Ensure accuracy of all details entered (biller codes, customer numbers, account details, etc.).
  • Use the Platform strictly for authorised BBPS services.
  • Comply with all BBPS/NPCI/RBI guidelines applicable to its business operations.
• Once executed, a transaction/payment order is final and irrevocable. Shop2Pe shall not be responsible for reversing or refunding payments arising from incorrect input by the Business User.
• Business Users shall be liable for any loss, chargeback, or dispute arising from their failure to comply with applicable regulations.

4. Merchant/Biller Responsibility

• The ultimate contract for bill payment/service fulfillment is between the end-customer and the biller/merchant/vendor.
• Shop2Pe is not responsible for:
  • Accuracy of bill details or service descriptions provided by the biller.
  • Delivery, quality, or fulfillment of services.
  • Warranties, guarantees, or after-sale obligations.
• Disputes related to billing, service quality, or content must be resolved directly by the Business User with the concerned biller/merchant/vendor.

5.Disclaimers and Limitations

• Shop2Pe provides the Platform “as is” and disclaims liability for:
  • Errors, delays, or interruptions due to system, network, or regulatory issues.
  • Force majeure events beyond its reasonable control.
  • Any deficiencies, failures, or misrepresentations by billers, merchants, or aggregators.
• Shop2Pe does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of services, though it will make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime
